A Hospitality Leader with 35+ Years of Experience
Lee brings more than 35 years of hospitality industry experience across both owned and third party managed hotel environments. Raised in a hotel family, Lee knew early on that hospitality was his calling and he went on to pursue that passion at Michigan State University.
Over the course of his career, Lee has held senior leadership roles with Winegardner and Hammons, Aimbridge Hospitality, Remington Hospitality, and most recently Stonebridge. His background spans full service, premium select service, lifestyle, and independent hotels across major brands. He is known for building strong relationships, developing high performing cultures, and driving sustainable growth and operational stability.
