Midas Hospitality is proud to announce plans for an exciting new mixed use development that will introduce the Life Time Living concept to the St. Louis region.
Located at The Boulevard in Richmond Heights, the approximately $200 million development will combine luxury apartment living with a fully integrated Life Time athletic country club, creating a first of its kind wellness centered residential experience for the market.
The six story development will feature 263 apartment homes above an 80,000 square foot Life Time fitness destination, along with retail space and structured parking. Residents will enjoy direct access to Life Time’s premium fitness amenities as part of their living experience, along with thoughtfully designed spaces that support healthy, active lifestyles.
Residents will enjoy a rooftop pool and beach club, pickleball courts, work from home spaces, high end residential finishes, balconies in most residences, and access to Life Time services including nutrition coaching and prepared meal delivery.
The project represents a strategic partnership between Midas Hospitality and Life Time Group Holdings and reflects both companies’ commitment to creating communities that combine hospitality, wellness, and elevated living. Construction will begin later this year, and the project will open in 2028.
