Unveiling St. Louis’ fastest-growing private companies of 2020: Firms 11-20
If revenue growth were a race, these firms would be at the head of the pack.
This week, we’ve been revealing the Fast 50, the St. Louis Business Journal‘s annual list of the region’s 50 fastest-growing private companies. Today’s unveiling of companies 11-20 follows the previous announcements of firms 21-30, 31-40 and 41-50.
The Fast 50 list includes privately held companies based in the St. Louis region that had revenue of at least $1 million in 2017 and experienced a revenue increase between 2018 and 2019. The 50 companies that made the list drew in a combined $5.9 billion in 2019 revenue and employ a combined 14,171 people, 8,015 of whom are based in the St. Louis region.
18. Midas Hospitality | 2017-2019 revenue growth: 90.24%
Midas Hospitality, a hotel development, management and investment firm, took in $151 million in 2019 revenue. The firm employs 899 people, 323 of which are local. Although the coronavirus pandemic dealt a blow to the hospitality industry, Midas said it is optimistic since occupancy rates continue to increase. It is set to open a new hotel Oct. 30 in Midtown.
