After breaking ground last year, Springfield-based Bryan Properties has opened a new hotel, Element by Westin Marriott, in Branson, Missouri.
The 123-room Element by Westin, located at 511 Pat Nash Drive near Ballparks of America and White Water, opened to guests on Oct. 30, according to a news release. The property is managed by St. Louis-based Midas Hospitality.
“Element Branson is the fourth hotel Midas Hospitality manages for Bryan Properties and the second Element hotel,” officials said in the release. “A part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 extraordinary brands, Element by Westin is known for promoting a balanced lifestyle through thoughtful design and sustainable practices”
The 73,637-square-foot hotel was built by Osage Beach-based Thomas Construction and designed by H Design Group LLC, according to past reporting. The project costs was undisclosed.
Thomas Construction and H Design Group also worked on Bryan Properties’ Element by Westin hotel in Springfield. Element Springfield South, located at 1100 E. Battlefield Road, opened in January 2024, according to past reporting. Bryan Properties’ website lists a half-dozen lodging properties.
Marriott International Inc.’s (Nasdaq: MAR) Element by Westin concept has extended- and long-term stay options, according to its website. Designed as a boutique concept, the website indicates rooms include kitchens. Other Missouri hotels under the Element brand are in the Kansas City and St. Louis markets.
