Operations
Midas Hospitality’s operations team provides asset-specific support, with proprietary operational tools and results-driven corporate oversight, for every aspect of the hotel business. Working closely with the general manager and executive team, our focus is on revenue generation, labor efficiency, expense and inventory management, as well as customer and associate satisfaction. Each employee is empowered with Midas Hospitality’s rigorous operating procedures to support hotel operation at the highest level.
Sales & Marketing

Revenue Management

Armed with custom tools, brand tools and third-party tools, each Midas Hospitality hotel is supported with a highly trained, dedicated Revenue Manager.
