Eric Goettelmann – Director of Investments 

Eric leads Midas’ investment operations, underwriting and equity funding. He has 10+ years accounting and finance experience as well as an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Eric has a growing family with his wife, Jackie, who also owns and operates the beloved boutique, Milk & Honey, based in Wildwood, MO.

Laura Robbins – Director of Investor Relations

Laura leads Midas’ investor experience, cultivating and supporting relationships with current and new investors. She has 10+ years of related experience and also earned her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

Laura has a husband and three boys, runs a Whisky Club for women, and practices suburban farming with chickens and a garden – that will grow one day.

Midas Hotel Fund

The Midas Hotel Fund seeks to invest in well-positioned hotels with multiple demand generators (“Core-Plus”), existing cash flows with minimal capital improvements needed, targeting the top 150 MSAs throughout the Midwest and Southern regions. Additionally, up to 25% of the fund may invest in development opportunities with strong potential for enhanced yields (“Light, Value-Add”.)

This Project will be the first hotels in the Cortex Innovation (“Cortex”) and Prospect Yards communities, located within the Central West End (“CWE”) and Midtown districts of St. Louis, MO. These hotels will be the preferred lodging choice among corporations and leisure travelers to these communities. We anticipate the Aloft opening in late 2019 and the Element in early 2020.
